As the lead agency, the WWP Group has been designing and managing the national and international football sponsorship commitments for Audi since 2020.

Our Task

Football and the Audi brand have a great deal in common, with both brimming with dynamism, passion and style, along with a true love for perfection. As a partner of top international clubs including Real Madrid, Tottenham Hotspur and FC Bayern München, Audi is looking to further expand its strategic partnerships in the areas of mobility and electrification. As the lead agency, we provide systematic support in the fields of ideation, concept design, strategic consulting and implementation on-site.

Football sponsorship as an integral component of the brand strategy

The future begins today: that is Audi’s attitude, brought to expression in the brand campaign tag line “Future is an attitude” – and that was also the jumping-off point for an entirely new approach to vitalising the partnership, with the ultimate aim of making the brand values tangible in sports sponsorship while integrating them into the brand strategy.

The results

WWP is at the beginning of a lively and innovative partnership with the Audi sports marketing team for football. The goal of the collaboration is to radically rethink sports sponsorship in football. The raw power of the spirit the two teams share is demonstrated in successful projects such as the Digital Summer Tour, the Culture Drive, the digital implementation of the Matchday Presenter with the world premiere of the exclusive e-tron triple designs and the implementation of the e-tron GT campaign, which were all jointly conceived and implemented.
