In 2014, Porsche decided to write motorsport history once again and worked on a comeback to top-level motorsport after 16 years of absence. After setting up the Porsche LMP1 Team to challenge the pecking order at races like 24 hours of Le Mans and in the World Endurance Championship, WWP was chosen as the exclusive sports marketing agency for all activities surrounding the Team.
When the Porsche LMP1 Team embarked on the mission to compete in the FIA World Endurance Championship and win the legendary 24h of Le Mans race, it soon turned into a success story. Winning the World Championship for drivers and manufacturers, as well as 24h of Le Mans for three consecutive years, proved Porsche was determined to set the pace - not only on the racetrack, but also in Business Relations activities. WWP was tasked with partner acquisition and organisation of the Porsche Team Experience, which brought partners and customers even closer to the motorsport team. Also, WWP developed and implemented an innovative sponsorship activation, hospitality concept and set up business relations.

Assisted by WWP, major partners like DMG MORI, Vodafone, Chopard, Schaeffler, Trilux & Veltins joined the partnership line-up of the Porsche LMP1 Team.
Despite on-going success both on the track and in business, Porsche changed its motorsport strategy in July 2017, and announced that the company will move into Formula E by the end of 2019. Speaking volumes about the Partnership with Porsche, WWP once again was appointed to clear the path for the Porsche Motorsport Formula E Team in similar terms on its new mission.
